Financial arrangements for payments are limited to payment through Pay Pal. Payments may also be mailed to NTBIS, P.O. Box 20039, Clarksville TN 37042. Note that textbooks and graduation fees are not included in the tuition costs. Even after completing all academic and other requirements for your degree, including a thesis or dissertation, a degree candidate must have fully paid all tuition, fees and all other charges due to NTBIS before participating in the commencement exercises, receiving a diploma, or receiving a transcript from the institution.

REFUNDS

When a program is dropped or withdrawn the following refund policy will apply:

In the event of unwarranted illness, all tuition will be refunded for the semester in which the student was enrolled. The Institute must be notified in writing of intent to withdraw, with medical statement attached, before any refunds may be considered. Telephone calls will not be acknowledged for tuition refunds.

The medical refund for withdrawal will be 50%.

In the event of death, tuition paid for the previous two semesters will be refunded.


FINANCIAL AID


The North Tennessee Bible Institute & Seminary does not participate in the Basic Educational Opportunity Grant program, or other federally-funded financial assistance programs. The Institute & Seminary does not accept financial assistance payments from federally funded programs such as Vocational Rehabilitation Services or the Social Security Administration.

 

SCHOLARSHIP POLICY

The Institute & Seminary is not underwritten by any government or private agency; therefore North Tennessee Bible Institute & Seminary does not at present offer scholarship programs. Non-funded scholarships would necessitate increased tuition cost to all other students.

Books and Supplies

Students will be expected to purchase their own books and supplies. With the availability of the internet and libraries, students can very easily save by using these facilities. The North Tennessee Bible Institute and Seminary does not sell books and supplies. Some study materials may be furnished with certain courses, depending on the course requirements.

Graduation Requirements and Fees

Undergraduate students will be required to pay a graduation fee of three hundred dollars. Graduate students will also be required to pay a graduation fee of three hundred dollars plus the cost of their Hood and Gown. This fee covers their diploma, and graduation dinner.

All graduates must attend commencement exercises to receive their degrees, unless approval to receive a degree in absentia is granted at least forty-five days in advance of graduation.
