Transcript Request Payment

To complete your online transcript request, use the below "Pay Now" button to pay the fees. When you are finished with your payment, you will be re-directed to a page in order to fill out the request form.

A transcript request will NOT be processed if you have a debt or Admissions hold at NTBIS.
$25.00 per transcript for RUSH service. Mailed out US First Class Mail on the next business day.
$15.00 per transcript for REGULAR service. Mailed via US First Class Mail within five business
days from receipt of request.
